Why my account has been disabled in app stores and iTunes

i’m adding my payment method. But my account has been disabled from iTunes.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16

That usually happens if there is a security issue or a problem with your payment method. In any case, contact Apple Support per the recommendations in here:

"If your Apple ID is locked or disabled"
