Apple Watch Ultra action button does not show shortcuts option

If you setup a “shortcut” action in the Shortcuts app, you will need to turn on the setting “Show on Apple Watch” before you can select that shortcut for your action button. You get to that option by tapping the 3 dots at the top of the shortcut, then tap the little info “i” at the bottom.

If we understand correctly, when you go to set up the Action button on your Apple Watch Ultra, you don't see the option for Shortcuts? Use the Action button on Apple Watch Ultra - Apple Support
