Alarm snoozes when snooze is disabled

I have a 9:00 AM reminder alarm set to go off every day and snooze is disabled.

When this alarm goes off and it shows in the dynamic island, I swipe it up to stop it but the alarm goes into snooze mode.

Snooze button disappeared from alarm I have recently noticed that my snooze button has disappeared from when my alarm goes off. It currently only has stop, which at first out of habit I would click snooze on my 7am alarm to catch another 10 minutes of shut eye, and later woke up at 9am. Where can I enable to snooze button again.

How to dismiss alarm notification without snoozing alarm? Sometimes I wake up before my alarm clock and poke around before the alarm goes off. When the alarm does go off, a notification drops down from the top of the screen with no additional buttons such as; 'stop' or 'snooze'. My only option is to swipe this notification. How does one use this notification to turn off the alarm without snoozing it? It seems like no matter which way I swipe it, the alarm is snoozed instead of disabled for the day -- and god it is SO frustrating.

Hi david4595,

If you haven't tried already, try closing the Clock app and restarting your iPhone:

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

I've tried closing all applications and restarting the phone, but the alarm still snoozes when I brush it up off the screen when it appears in the island at the top?

It just seems strange anything should snooze it when snooze is disabled.
