downloaded files of iPhone is not showing on mac

Hi Apple Community Team

After connect the iPhone 14 to Mac Air m1 via usb cable, the download files of iPhone is not showing on Mac.

The iTunes app has been converted in Music app. But this app is also not showing the phone data.

Please resolve the my issue. I am the new user.

The iTunes app has been converted in Music app


Once you upgrade past macOS 10.14 Mojave, that happens. You no longer use iTunes to manage the phone. Starting with macOS Catalina 10.15, the iphone should show up in your Finder sidebar just like it were a mounted drive. That is illustrated in this Apple support article:


How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with your Mac - Apple Support


Other than that, the management of the phone is virtually the same as when you used iTunes.
