Ever since I downloaded iOS 17 I’m not receiving notifications of text messages from one of my pinned contacts does anyone know how I can fix this? I tried doing a hard reset of the phone but it didn’t work.

We would recommend that you make sure you haven't accidentally enabled a Focus which is preventing those notifications from being delivered as expected.
