I have a HomeKit compatible Linksys router, Apple HomePod mouse mini and Nanoleaf basic light bulbs.
i deleted 3, of the 6, nanoleaf bulbs in the home app. They no longer appear there or in the nanoleaf app.
when I try to add them back in they fail with the message that they already exist in Home. (Even though I cannot see them).
How can I see where it still exists so that I can delete/add it back in? Thank you

If we understand correctly, you're seeing an alert that a few accessories already exist but you've removed them from the Home app. Is that right?
If so, as a first step, make sure your iPhone is updated to rule out a few possible causes: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Also, be sure that all of the accessories and related Apple devices are connected to the same WI-Fi network.
If neither of those steps helps, based on your description, we recommend checking out the website or documentation provided by the manufacturer for steps you can use to reset the accessory to factory default. Then try setting it up again: Set up accessories with Home on iPhone - Apple Support

Your router wouldn't store any information related to HomeKit, but getting in touch with the manufacturer would definitely be a good next step based on your description of what's happening. Thank you very much for the reply. The 3 bulbs were deleted in the Home app which also deleted them in the nanoleaf app. When I try to add them back in Home says that they already exist even though I cannot see them in Home or Nanoleaf. I cannot connect to them to load software or anything as they cannot be added back into Home.
I will try the nanoleaf website but think it is HomeKit that still sees them somewhere. Could it be the router storing the IPs?
