I had the same problem with 10.4. Any ideas? I’ve restarted the phone several times and nothing. Can I delete the partial ipdate and restart?
I have the same problem as JohnK16? Anyone an idea to solve this issue. I'm trying the solutions for 2 days no with no success :-(
Yes and now my watch is rapidly running out of power!
I’m having the same issue with the update being stuck in preparing mode and my watch’s battery being drained in less than 5 hours. It was perfectly fine yesterday.
Mine was fine until yesterday and now the battery rapidly runs down and an update is stuck saying preparing.
Where do you find the update file because I can’t find it and so also apple support did not find it when they took over my phone! So I’m stuck with the problem.
