Apple TV 4K Remote Disconnecting A lot

Hi everyone,

I have seen this question asked and answered a bunch. However, most of these posts are from earlier this year and last year.

This is happening to me now. It is happening very frequently and it seems to have started recently. My Apple TV has the latest software and my remote battery has ample charge.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? It is extremely annoying and frustrating.
