Text notifications with no sound
iPhone 15 pro. No sound with text notifications when phone is in lock mode

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Let's first check to make sure that the notification sounds for text messages isn't turned off. Go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll down to Messages > then make sure sounds are on. and the box is checked green.
You also want to check to make sure the ringer isn't set to "Silent". Check the mute switch on the left side of the phone, above the volume buttons. If you see red or orange, change the switch and try again.
