iphone 15 heating and battery draining
Today marks my first week with the phone, I didn’t have any issues beforehand after updating to 17.0.3 it just happens that today I’m experiencing the battery draining rather quickly and the phone has been extremely hot all day long. I unplugged my phone last night at about 12:10 and went to sleep half an hour later. I then woke up at almost 9:00 and was surprised the battery drained that much, I used it a bit more and charged it but then it just stopped charging because the phone was too hot, that never happened before so I let it cool for a while and plugged it in for a bit again, after I unplugged it 30% of the battery was gone (light usage, I don’t game on my phone since I have a ps4). I shut down the phone and when it felt cool to the touch I plugged it in again, I left it to charge and when I turned it back on it had 100% so I immediately unplugged it, left it for about an hour and when I came back battery was just going away, right now it’s 20:02 and I started using it at 18:38 with 96%, in less than 2 hours I already have 58%. It could be the charger I use (When I bought it the store didn’t have the original charger and so I went back on Monday and they sold me one that seems fake to me)
