On jigsaw hd it keeps crashing and have restarted iPad but still keeps doing it every few minutes it’s very annoying can you help please

If an app is unexpectedly closing, you can follow the steps in If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.

• For Step 4 ,instead of deleting the app, you can try to offload it so it doesn't remove the data by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > [App] > Offload, then reinstall it from the App Store.

• If you do this or completely skip Step 4 and the issue continues, contact the app developer for help How to contact an app developer.
