I tried accessing files on the Files app on my phone but every time I try to download a document, I am getting this error message "Couldn't communicate with a helper application."
I've quit all apps and restarted it. I've restarted my phone multiple times. Nothing works.
Please help!

Depending on where you're downloading from you may need to have an application installed or meet some other requirement.
