iCloud address not active

Hi there. I have an iPhone 5s. I created a new Apple ID when I got the phone - it created it successfully and even created an email account for me using that email however after 2 days it stopped working and whenever it asks me to put in my password and I do, it keeps saying “apple is not active”.

Currently on on my device my istore account is which works fine but my iCloud address on the same device keeps saying “Apple ID is not active” when I try sign out from it. PLEASE HELP ;(
