face id stopped working

Face ID stopped working, now won’t set up

… set up fails. Asks me to move iPhone up and down, focus shifts in and out. Reset, powered on and off … latest iOS… nothing helps. i’ve tried to reset my face id that made it worse

Not my iphone 6. my iphone 13. it’s the latest ios

That is usually a hardware problem with the TrueDepth camera. Contact Apple support to discuss repair options→Contact Official Apple Support
