Text message question

I have an iPhone 14 Pro, updated to iOS 17.0.3. I have lost the options to send gifs, photos etc. they used to be showing below the text box but I can’t find them. Any suggestions??

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We'll be happy to help. In a Message thread, look at the bottom of the screen, where you'd type a message in. To the left, there should be a little (+) symbol. Tap that to open the menu, and scroll down to find options for GIFs.
