I need to set Spell checking to be on for English and stop it for other languages (e.g.Farsi) on my apple devices specially on my iPhone 15. I do not see options for stopping spell checker for other languages on the setups. How this can be accomplished?

I think that would work, but the OP wants to keep it for English and disable it for Farsi, because in Farsi it messes up stuff, especially names. No way to disable for just one, as far as I know.
If you are talking about Autocorrect, it's not yet possible to turn it off for particular keyboards. To ask Apple to add this feature, you can use

There is no dictionary yet for Farsi (and many other languages). Autocorrect does not need one of those dictionaries, it goes with the keyboard.

Well yes, if you select as a country a speaking English one and for dictionary an English language dictionary, if you type in a different language the iPhone would correct the words to the closest English match and make a mess, unless you disable auto correction.

But she is typing in Farsi which uses the Arabic script. The English dictionary should not produce any matches in such a case.
If you want the auto correct, spell check to work for 2 different languages you need to add both dictionaries of both languages, did you try that? Try this go to General>language region> select English then add a language> Persian, select English as primary language, then enable auto correct and in Dictionaries add an English dictionary and see if you can find a Persian, otherwise try without....

Yes I checked language and Dictionary.
No Farsi/Persian Dictionary is selected; Oxford, New Oxford and Apple dictionaries are selected (assuming for English). Is it possible that any of those dictionaries are used for checking my Farsi typings? There are numerous inappropriate changes that the dictionary makes in my typings (it mostly changes people's names).....

I followed your link. Though there is no option for requesting setup/settings/preferences modification. The update/enhancement that I am requesting applies to many devices and/or many apps.

I'm sorry but there isn't any Persian/Farsi dictionary built in the iPhone...I don't know if you can d/l and add one yourself like the calendars for example, you should check with the Apple support, you can d/l the Apple support app and ask. But I'm using a second language without a dictionary and the check spelling is working fine for both languages.
Yes but it can't be done, and the Persian dictionary doesn't exist, so who knows maybe selecting languages differently, considering there's a Persian keyboard, maybe it can work without mistakes. I have 2 languages one without a dictionary and it works even without selecting a keyboard.

Did you check your settings in settings>general> language and region … and in ….dictionary?
