High pitch frequency noise

My iPhone 11 just emitted a high pitch frequency/noise that caused some major concerns. The noise was heard by my wife who had to cover her ears. She was appr 6’ away. She expressed her concern after hearing the noise and seeing me in obvious discomfort.

My ears, head, neck and shoulders are in extreme pain as a result. There is no other explanation for the noise and am a bit worried now due to the lingering effects. Any one ever experience this with an Apple product?
