I'm getting a repeat alert that a file will damage your computer, but I can not find the file or get rid of the alert

“UnitAnalogfld” will damage your computer. “UnitAnalogfld” will damage your computer. This file was downloaded on an unknown date. This keeps popping up and I dont know how to fix it

I followed your instructions and went to Safari notifications but still getting the same aler.

I also have chrome and firefox as browsers
