I have a iPhone 6 can not update due to not enough storage space

If your iPhone 6 is running a version of iOS lower than iOS 12.5.7, and there is not enough storage space to update to iOS 12.5.7, you may need to offload apps from your iPhone, or delete apps and content from your iPhone.

Alternately, you could try updating the iPhone 6 to iOS 12.5.7 with the help of a Mac or PC. I am not sure whether this reduces free space requirements significantly, but this article seems to suggest that it might.

You can't update an iPhone 6 because an iPhone 6 is not compatible with anything later than iOS 12.

Then delete enough ‘stuff’ to clear up sufficient space to update or update it using your computer instead of over the air.
