Unable to update my iPhone due to storage space issue
it says that i don't have enough space even tho i have enough space, i also tried connecting it to my laptop and then update but it also didn't work

The iOS 18.0.1 updater is essentially 8GB in size but, due to requirements of decompressing and file replacement, can need twice that much in free space to permit over-the-air installation.
That can be overcome by using a computer to update your phone. See:
if you're using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later
or
if you're using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier or a Windows PC.
Note that Microsoft has a new app called "Apple Devices" replacing iTunes in newer versions of Windows"
