Please there must be a way you can just disable this annoying voice and just respond on the screen. I don’t want to be in silent mode permanently. I want Siri to shut up and just carry out the instruction silently. Any help welcome iphone 11. Software 15.7 it’s honestly making
me think about going android.

You can change the voice to multiple options if it’s truly that big of a deal. Or you can go in settings, Siri, Siri responses, and choose Prefer Silent Response.
Settings > Siri & Search > Siri Responses > Prefer Silent Responses
Or, simply change the voice.
Not sure if it’s because you’re still on iOS 15.7 (is there a reason why you never updated to at least iOS 16?). According to the Apple article you should still have an option to choose when or if Siri provides voice responses so I’m not sure. The wording may be different Prefer Silent Responses (sorry I don’t have an iPhone 11 that I can look at the menu on anymore)

Thanks for replying. I would love that option. Unfortunately that option is not available in settings. Only by turning the phone to silent which is only a part time solution. I want calls to come through. I’d like to change the voice to silent.
