MMS and SMS turned on, but still unable to send photos/group text android phone users

I have restarted my iPhone, turned MMS/SMS messaging off and on multiple times, relaunched messages, and updated my phone, but I am still unable to send and receive photos and group messages from android phone users. Not sure what else to do...

Can’t send photos to android phones or groups messages. MMS IS TURNED ON. I bought a used iPhone 12 from an online store. I had a free phone carrier and when I got the phone it worked fine, I could do everything on it. Then they canceled my service so I got a new service and updated the iOS the same day I put the sim in and it no longer had MMS capabilities, the button was completely gone, and couldn’t do group chats anymore or send pictures to androids. So I got a google voice number. I just got Boost mobile and the mms button is back but I still can’t send group chats or send pictures to androids? What’s going on. I’m so angry.

Cannot Send Message: MMS Messaging needs to be enabled to send this message I cant send photos to android users. If i am on a group chat and theres an android user i dont get a group message, i get individual messages from each person in the group chat. Very frustrating. This started when my phone updated to latest software 18.1 have a 15 pro max. Updated to latest software 18.3.2 my MMS messaging is switched to green. Have reset it, updated to latest software. Nothing has fixed this. Help has anyone found a solve for this?

Messages to Android won't send I've had my iPhone XR for a few months, but recently I've had trouble sending SMS and MMS to androids. My friends send me pics and I never get them, or get them in about 15 hrs. Worked great until just a few days ago. Sometimes the SMS messages don't send at all unless I turn on airplane mode and then leave the data on without wifi. Any ideas what's wrong? I already tried restarting my phone, but no dice as far as I've noticed.

You contact your phone carrier, as MMS is their feature.
