When my daughter presses the intercom icon in her Home app, it says it’s “Unavailable- Can’t connect to any HomePod”
It only works for a few minutes after her phone is reset or powered back on.
Any Help would be appreciated.
Hi. Thank you for your reply. I should have known better and been more specific: she has a new iPhone 14 and just updated to 17.03 last night. I enabled intercom for her in the Home app right before that, so I don’t know if it worked before that or not.
Anyways, I just now was trying to fix it again and decided to delete our home from her Home app, removed her on my Home app, then re-invited her. It now works perfectly.
on a separate note, her intercom left a message on my phone as well as the HomePod, but when I try to play it it only plays a split second then stops. Maybe this should be for another thread. Lol
