I have Mac Pro laptop, Apple iPad, i13 phone and Apple Watch.
I was wondering if I can use 140 W USB-C Power Adapter to charge all my other devices and not risk damaging the rechargeable mechanism of the device, especially the Apple Watch. Thanks.

I would not recommend charing an iPhone with a non certified/ non compatible adapter.
If your battery is being charged too fast, it will be getting warmer than expected, which may damage the hardware and the battery itself.
Your 140W adapter is only compatible to the iPhone 15 models, AirPods Pro 2nd Gen, and various Macs.
And no Apple Watch models.

Just one more query. I once tried to charge my iPhone 13 with the above Adapter and the phone charged in less than half time from normal iPhone adapter because the end sockets for both wires are same.
Does this harm my phone?
