Calendar Invites Show "noreply" address in mails sent to invitees

Hello,

the task sounds simple: I create a new calendar entry and want to invite people. When I click "send" finishing the calendar entry, the mails sent to the people I invite come in the Apple look with a noreply@mail.apple.com as sender of that message. I would like to change that to my real email address.

When I use a different calendar than "iCloud", the mails sent look completely different and will feature the correct email address of that calender. But I can not create a new calendar simply using a different email address. It always asks me for a CalDev account. But I only have a "normal" email address. Is there a way to make calendar use a specific email to send the invitations from?

I have tried setting the mail address in "Mail" to no avail.

Best
