Is there a way to recover a Note that's been overwritten by mistake? Undo button no longer an option.

I selected a huge part of a really important text in one of my notes, I was going to copy it but then I accidentally wrote an “O” and the text was deleted. Not knowing what to do I came on Google, when I went back to my notes app, the note had been closed and I had to enter it again, and the undo option was no longer available. I really needed that text, what do I do?

Because you waited too long for it to use the undo function you won’t be able to retrieve UNLESS you have it part of an old backup (may not be the route you want to go but if you really need and have no other options you might just have to). Or if you have the note on another iOS device that hasn’t updated the accidental change (assuming it isn’t syncing to iCloud on that device so that change didn’t automatically happen on that device) you could get the missing text from there.
