Rainbow spinning wheel with black background

I just left my Mac opened and when I came to use it again . I tapped on the keyboard and after few blinks a Rainbow spinning wheel appeared . I didn't get any idea why did it happen . It's a completely new MacBook Air with M2 chip less than a week . Can anyone help to not get that spinning wheel again and to maintain a good performance of Mac ?
