Can’t login into MacBook Pro
Can’t login into MacBook Pro even though I used the same password, it won’t show the password reset option no matter how many times I submit the password and Command+R doesn’t work.

Hi TOM_2002,
Try these steps instead: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT212190
If your Mac has the M1 chip or newer (Apple silicon), Command-R no longer summons macOS Recovery. Shut down your Mac, then press and hold the physical power button until Startup Options starts loading. Choose Options and continue.

Command + R at startup brings up the recovery panel, are you wanting to reinstall your OS?
In addition to reinstalling the OS, don't forget that Recovery boot also allows one to run Disk Utility repair routines on the startup drive.
