Is there a prorated refund when switching from annual to Apple One subscriptions?

How can I transition from individual annual subscriptions (Fitness and TV ) to Apple One Premier when my subscriptions have different end dates? Can I get a refund for the remaining portions of those subscriptions? Or do I need to switch them both to monthly and wait for the last annual subscription to expire and then upgrade to Apple One?

I just contacted Apple Support with this same inquiry. They do not adjust and offer a prorated rate or refund for any existing services offered in the Apple One plan you are using so you would need to move them to monthly, wait until they expire (or close to), and then sign up for Apple One or you would have one month where you paid for that service + Apple One.
