iPhone app with TTS .pdf, .epub., .doc...?

I’m not sure if you’re still looking for a good answer, but I have just discovered the built-in “Speak-Screen” function in iOS which does what I think you want to do. So you could then open Apple Books to read the book you want. It works with other apps (eg Kindle) but it seems to stumble on page turns for me.
