I got my new iphone two days ago and set it up yesterday. I have an apple watch update, and now the watch face doesn't scroll horizontally, i.e., only one watch face is showing.
watch OS is 10.0.1
phone IOS is 17.0.2

Thank you Bob. But that is not the problem I have.
Before my iphone 15 and the watch software update last night, I already had all the watch faces set up. They had been scrolling fine until after the watch update was done.
Now I can scroll up and down and see the new widget features, but I cannot scroll left and right to see the other watch faces I have already set up on the phone.

watchOS 10 changed the UI.
You have to tap and hold the Apple Watch screen. Then you can scroll left and right to select a watch face you have previously setup. Then tap the selected watch face to make it the current watch face.
