I have do not disturb on.
i have allowed notifications from :
(blank)
allowed called from: allowed people only
I have allowed repeated called from: ON
is there no way for me to just turn on do not disturb but still have EVERYONE, contact or no contact saved to bypass do not disturb focus once turned on???

If you have Allow Repeated Calls enabled, that's exactly what should happen as I understand it.
I want to
turn my do not disturb on
have someone that calls me twice to have my phone ring.
