Apple support says Siri won't play playlists upon request. Really?

I can't play any playlist I create about 95% of the time. I can play playlists that others creat but not ones That I created. every once in a while one will play but mostly it says I can't do that. Apple support says it's a limit in Siri, but then what's the point of Siri If I can't use it on apple music? I guess it's just for the weather? So my question is did I just get lied to by Apple Support or is Apple lying about Siri's capability on their page because it can't be both.
