have one Apple subscription for Apple TV and now they want me to pay 7.00 a month for 12 shows for Apple TV+? Anybody else feel like they’re getting ripped off? Isn’t one fee enough? Doesn’t his look greedy Apple? Honestly, the phone prices are getting outrageous and now this? It’s become very elitist between haves and have nots and now you’re cashing in. Such a huge disappointment. Is this really how you’re going to do business now?

How are these different? You can only have one subscription for each service on one Apple ID account. If you have two subscriptions for different services, there there will be a fee for each.
Apple TV+ is completely optional. You don’t have to subscribe if the Apple TV+ content is not worth it to you. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Confusingly, the Apple TV app—as distinguished from the Apple TV+ subscription service—can show content from other content sources, and there can be charges for that content from those other sources.
If you aren’t interested in the Apple TV+ original content, don’t pay for it.
AppleTV plus is the only video subscription service offered by Apple.
