I have a problem with random boxes appearing around the screen, I set something by mistake once and I don't know how to get rid of this blue box

Ensure that you have configured the following iPad settings:

Settings > Accessibility >

Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access > Full Keyboard Access - set to OFF
Switch Control > Switch Control - set to OFF
