Why my ipad automatically decline airdrop? After i update the latest ipad os and ios on iphone

Greetings. I have the same problem with airdro declined after updating to version 17.0.3 on both my iphone and ipad. I followed the two sugegstions here to no avail. I also couldn’t find any help online. Ghana where I live is not among the countries listed for help.

I will appreciate anyhelp.
