Why my ipad automatically decline airdrop? After i update the latest ipad os and ios on iphone

Greetings. I have the same problem with airdro declined after updating to version 17.0.3 on both my iphone and ipad. I followed the two sugegstions here to no avail. I also couldn’t find any help online. Ghana where I live is not among the countries listed for help.

If you have confirmed that all your settings are correct, and you're still having the issue, you may want to try the following:
