The ONLY way to “unlock” an iPhone - the actual device - is by correctly entering it’s passcode.
No “recovery” method - all of which recover access to your AppleID - will help.
Without the passcode … which is unrecoverable by ANY means … the phone must be reset (erased) and restored from a backup as described here:
