iPhone 14 Pro battery draining quickly

Anyone else having issue with the battery health for iPhone 14 pro, especially after the latest iOS (17) update? If so, has anyone find any solutions to this?

In the past few weeks it went from 100% to 95% in the blink of an eye and I haven't changed anything in my usage or the apps I usually use. The phone is 10 months old, I feel it is just too new for the battery to be degrading like this. I always knew that Apple devices have these issues with the battery, but it just starts to be worse and worse with every device they release...

Unfortunately Apple Support has been totally useless, telling me essentially to stop using certain features (like "Always on display") or reset the phone and manually set it up. All of this while still being in warranty and paying for the extra warranty on top of this. Super disappointed in the solutions and the support received.

Apple is not giving anymore solutions. Just want our money. I have a m2 air: problem with screen brightness. Cannot perform well in automatic. I have iPhone 14 Pro. Battery is a nightmare. Basically u can use the phone carefully. I have the AirPod pro 2: completely uncomfortable. Whatever inserts I use. The solutions: nothing. Close your always on display! Regulate the screen yourself! Ahh. A joke.

I literally just got the iPhone 14 Pro not even a week ago and the battery is at 100% on performance wise but it doesn’t even last as long as my iPhone 13 and that’s the smaller one and I have had that for two years and the performance on that battery is 90% and it literally longer than my brand new iPhone 14 and the worst part about it is is that’s just letting my iPhone 14 sit and I can be using the 13 and 14 will still die before the 13 I love the 14 but battery life is like number one on expect for me who wants a cool phone when it doesn’t even stay on long enough to do anything ya kno

I am so mad that I did this but if have been on this conversation for months. I finally decided I could not deal with running out of battery power ALL THE TIME. I ride my bike out in the country and then look down and see I have no battery power if I have an emergency. I was down to 87 percent but out of power at noon. Carrying spare battery etc. I finally just traded in for iPhone 15 ProMax. I hate to reward Apple for making a lousy battery but I did it. I like the "charge to 80%" feature in the 15. I started with 80% this morning and I am at 66% now after being out and about all morning. I hate that I threw money at the problem but I am glad for the battery.

I would consider you lucky my iPhone 14 Pro after 9 months or so is at 89% Max capacity, and I’ve also noticed that the battery isn’t the most efficient. The first days after I bought the phone I could use it for 2 full days without recharging, but now it lasts me half a day, and i’m in school so I don’t use it that much.

if someone has some tips for me feel free to respond🫡

This is happened to me as well. iPhone 14 Pro battery was about 93% within 10 months of purchase and just over a year and its dropped to 85%. My wife has an iPhone 13 and her phone after 2.5 years is 87%. Fail to understand the sudden drop. I have background refresh off entirely. This phone was supposed to be a power house, instead am regretting the decision to upgrade to 14 pro now. You pay a premium for the pro only to have more battery power and this is what happens. Wonder if there is a solution. Current OS 17.4.1.

Same here! I just checked it and found that it’s on 95% within 6months only! That’s sick and very disappointing to the point where I’m starting to think of switching to Samsung after comparing the downgrades of Apple with the upgrades of Samsung, camera wise, battery wise, zoom wise and « many other features » wise.
