iPhone 15 » Can’t send photos or links to android

I have an iPhone 15 pro (iOS 17) and all of a sudden I can’t send pictures or links to android phones.

I was able to a week ago, and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I get “not delivered”

Hello LindsayScott_87,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Are you experiencing this behavior while being on a call? What happens when this contact is trying to send you photos or links? Are you able to receive them? Also, do you have any VPN installed on your iPhone? If so, please temporarily uninstall the software and verify if the issue persists.

Kind regards.

Hello LindsayScott_87,

For general troubleshooting, check out If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. This will work you through the basics as to what may be occurring. With Android specifically, it requires your cellular network as the messages are sent as SMS and MMS over the network as opposed to using Wi-Fi. So you may also need to contact your cellular provider if issues persist after those steps so that they can ensure your account is set up properly.

Cheers!
