Mac Mini (2014) to factory setting?

Hi. I have just upgraded my old Mac Mini to a new one, and wanted to sell my old version.

it is a 2014 version (so quite old). Does anybody know how I can get the device back to factory settings so that it is safe to sell? Any help would be great.
