Activity ring app
When I select Activity, instead of showing progress to closing three rings, it shows summary of last workout. How do I get it to go back?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're possibly viewing the summary. If so, are you able to turn the Digital Crown to scroll back? If instead you're viewing the activity history, you should see a X at the top to close out: Track daily activity with Apple Watch - Apple Support
