Relinked audio from FC7. I can't hear it playing in timeline, Final Cut Pro, 10.5.2

Hello, I did some more investigation to understand this glitch. My original WAV(0007) is in my project library. What is missing (but not appearing missing in the timeline) are some files, I reworked in the sound program Sound Studio that came with FCP7. They are STAP files. Here's a STAP missing.

The second issue is related to relink. When I attempt to relink the audio files, apparently I am connected to the renders only, see image....

I also tried to relink the original 007 WAV with the STAP missing just to see what will happen, and it is not recognized.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I restarted the project after closing my external drive. It is the "ZOOM0007.WAV yeahalmost" clip and no, I can't hear it in the browser. Best, N

I did re-link the audio file, FCP found a rendered QT file and relinked it and I cant hear the sound. Any insights?

That wa the right file. I located the original media see pic. I now wonder if I just need to re-render and if this will fix the issue. What do you think?
