Your issue is not very clear.
On Linux you can log in to the https://icloud.com website to access iCloud apps and services.
There is no iCloud application for Linux like there is for Windows however. If that is what you are looking for, you may want to offer feedback to Apple. If enough people do, they may develop an App for Linux.
