xfinity hot spots not working on iphone 15 pro

* got iphone 15 three months ago after upgrading from iphone 13 (was able to do so on the 13 without issues)

* cannot find or connect to xfinitywifi or XFINITY when roaming through my county and have hotspots within 333 feet of me - no change

* tried uninstalling all xfinity apps and reinstalling - no change

can log in to XFINITY and xfinitywifi from my own home network and switch between them easily;
ipad with me can see xfinity devices just fine when next to each other

I've asked Apple, Xfinity, and ATT with no luck or response on how to resolve the issues - it's a finger pointing contest. Any feedback or suggestions? I know others have had this issue.

When working with the different providers, did they try to help you narrow down what might be causing this issue and where it's coming from? Here are a few links below that may be helpful. We didn't know if you have seen these or tried any suggestions so we wanted to share them.

Are you able to see other networks (if available) and just not xfinity?

Also, you will want to make sure your iPhone has iOS 17.0.3 version installed, Apple released it recently. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
