My account has been disabled in iTunes and App Store

I tried purchasing more storage for iCloud and my phone keeps displaying an error message saying that my account has been disabled

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
