Cannot send or receive group chats with android users in them, but can with group chats with only iPhone users. IPhone15 Pro, most recent update, carrier is Verizon. Already called Verizon went through the trouble shooting (turning settings on and off, resetting network, resetting service, etc.) and they said it’s not on their end.

Contact Verizon again and speak to some higher up like a technician, not an Apple or iphone issue as MMS is a Verizon feature and only they can resolve it.

Yup and that a Verizon feature that you pay them a monthly service too. Call them again.
Hm, weird. A whole seperate plan with Verizon, same scenario and no issues what so ever and do not pay anything extra to be able to receive group messages. If it was just because it was a monthly add on to your plan, you would think they would have offered that right away. Instead after multiple hours, many different techs with Verizon they said it’s not their end and nothing they can do.

I never said you pay extra to receive group message. Do you not know what is included in your monthly payments to Verizon? You pay their features, cell data, text, MMS etc...
Like I said needs to be resolved by Verizon and only Verizon.
