Still printer problems after Monterey-upgrade (EPSON ET-4800)

After installing Monterey on my IMAC, I no longer have a stable connection with my EPSON ET-4800 printer. I reinstalled a driver that Epson sent me several times, but I regularly lose the connection again with my IMAC. In practice, the printer is unusable. Do you have a solution to help me out?
