I've reset network settings on my phone, but it still won't connect to online or wifi

My iphone 13 has done this a few times. It will work fine, then will boot me off the network and I can't access any apps that need network or wifi access. In the past, I've been able to just reset network settings and then it works. However, this time, I reset network settings and I still cannot access anything that would require internet or wifi. HELP!
