Volume goes up in its own

My volume will randomly go up on its own. It’s not that its always trying to get to full volume as if my case were pressing the button, it seems to behave more like when my phone automatically adjusts the brightness. I’ll sometimes check my volume, see it’s at one even though it should be 0, turn it back down and then watch it go back to one. Nothing I’ve tried so far (turning my brightness all the way down, turning my brightness all the way up, exiting out of the top menu and going back in, using the side buttons, pressing the side buttons/scrolling it down quickly, holding the side buttons/volume bar down) has worked though it’ll always stop eventually. It’s also not always the same because it’s happened before where I played a video and my volume had suddenly gone to max but I was able to put it back down to zero. It’ll also sometimes just slowly creep up, and I always keep my volume at zero unless I’m watching something that requires it up, which is rare. If you could help, that would be greatly appreciated.
