I am using Windows 10 Pro syncing via a usb cable to a PC on my iPhone 14.
It previously worked ok with my iPone 11 before i recently updated it.
I am not sure what is stoping it as when the process gets to step 5 it sits there saying "Preparing to copy items"
Anyone got some sugestions?

If you are having trouble syncing from your PC to your iPhone, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Update
2. Restart both devices and try again
3. Check for third-party software that may be interfering - Resolve issues between iCloud for Windows or iTunes and third-party security software
4. Manually sync each data category one at a time to see if there is a particular category that is getting stuck - Sync iTunes content on PC with your devices.
